Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pickup 24, operated by SSRD Logistics Pvt Ltd, you agree to these terms. SSRD Logistics Pvt Ltd operates a digital marketplace connecting customers with independent, verified transport partners — nothing here excludes any statutory obligation applicable to SSRD Logistics Pvt Ltd as a booking company, agent, or common carrier. Pickup 24 वापरून किंवा खाते तयार करून तुम्ही या अटींना सहमती देता. SSRD Logistics Pvt Ltd स्वतंत्र, पडताळणी केलेल्या वाहतूक भागीदारांशी ग्राहकांना जोडणारे डिजिटल मार्केटप्लेस चालवते — यामुळे बुकिंग कंपनी, एजंट किंवा कॉमन कॅरियर म्हणून लागू असलेली कोणतीही कायदेशीर जबाबदारी रद्द होत नाही.

Service Description

Pickup 24 connects customers who need goods transported with independent delivery partners, across two-wheeler, three-wheeler, and truck vehicle categories, within a city or outstation. A booking request is not a confirmed trip until a partner accepts and a booking ID is issued; estimated times are indicative unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Pickup 24 दुचाकी, तीनचाकी व ट्रक वाहन प्रकारांत, शहरांतर्गत किंवा आंतरशहर मालवाहतुकीसाठी ग्राहकांना स्वतंत्र डिलिव्हरी पार्टनरशी जोडते. पार्टनरने स्वीकारून Booking ID मिळाल्याशिवाय विनंती निश्चित बुकिंग होत नाही; वेळ अंदाजे असते, लेखी हमी दिल्याशिवाय.

User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate pickup/drop details and a truthful description of the goods being shipped (including weight, packaging, and any special handling needs), and must not ship any restricted or illegal item (see the Restricted Items list in-app). Overloading or an undeclared hazardous item is prohibited; a partner may refuse unsafe collection and record the reason. पिकअप/ड्रॉप तपशील व मालाचे वर्णन (वजन, पॅकिंग, विशेष हाताळणी) अचूक द्यावे, आणि प्रतिबंधित/बेकायदेशीर वस्तू (इन-अ‍ॅप यादी पाहा) पाठवू नये. ओव्हरलोड किंवा न जाहीर केलेला धोकादायक माल निषिद्ध आहे; असुरक्षित माल घेण्यास पार्टनर कारणासह नकार देऊ शकतो.

Fares & Payments

Fares are calculated from distance, vehicle type, service area, any add-on services requested, and applicable taxes, and are shown before you confirm a booking — with no undisclosed post-booking surcharge except a documented, customer-approved detour/extra-stop/weight-difference charge. Coupons and Pickup 24 coins, where applied, are deducted from the final payable amount. अंतर, वाहन प्रकार, सेवा क्षेत्र, अ‍ॅड-ऑन व लागू कर यावरून भाडे आधीच दाखवले जाते — गुप्त नंतरचे शुल्क नाही, फक्त नोंदवलेला व ग्राहकाने मान्य केलेला वळसा/थांबा/वजन-फरक शुल्क वगळता. कूपन व Pickup 24 कॉइन्स वापरल्यास अंतिम रकमेतून वजा होतात.

Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings can be cancelled before delivery from the app. The app always shows any applicable cancellation fee before you confirm — see our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy for the full fee schedule and refund process. Coins redeemed on a cancelled booking are refunded to your wallet. डिलिव्हरीपूर्वी अ‍ॅपमधून बुकिंग रद्द करता येते. रद्द करण्यापूर्वी लागू शुल्क (असल्यास) अ‍ॅपमध्ये नेहमी दाखवले जाते — संपूर्ण शुल्क वेळापत्रक व परतावा प्रक्रियेसाठी आमचे स्वतंत्र "रद्दीकरण व परतावा धोरण" पाहा. रद्द केलेल्या बुकिंगवर वापरलेले कॉइन्स वॉलेटमध्ये परत केले जातात.

Insurance

This booking does not include goods-in-transit insurance unless you have separately purchased and received written confirmation that an insurer has issued cover — a paid/confirmed booking status is never, by itself, proof of insurance. Where insurance is offered as an optional add-on in future, its insurer, premium, exclusions and claim process will be shown before purchase. या बुकिंगमध्ये माल-वाहतूक विमा समाविष्ट नाही, जोपर्यंत तुम्ही स्वतंत्रपणे विमा घेतला असून विमा कंपनीकडून लेखी पुष्टी मिळाली नसेल — पेमेंट/बुकिंग कन्फर्म होणे हा विमा असल्याचा पुरावा नाही. भविष्यात ऐच्छिक विमा सुविधा दिल्यास, खरेदीपूर्वी विमा कंपनी, प्रीमियम, अपवाद व क्लेम प्रक्रिया दाखवली जाईल.

Prohibited & Restricted Items

You may not book a shipment containing any item on the in-app Restricted Items list, including but not limited to firearms, narcotics, explosives, unlawfully hazardous materials, and other prohibited or unlicensed regulated goods. शस्त्रे, अंमली पदार्थ, स्फोटके, बेकायदेशीर धोकादायक पदार्थ व इतर प्रतिबंधित/परवान्याशिवाय नियंत्रित वस्तूंसह, इन-अ‍ॅप Restricted Items यादीतील कोणतीही वस्तू बुक करता येणार नाही.

Limitation of Liability

SSRD Logistics Pvt Ltd facilitates the booking and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delays, except as required by law. Any liability limitation here cannot exclude fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or a mandatory legal entitlement. SSRD Logistics Pvt Ltd बुकिंग सुलभ करते; कायद्याने आवश्यक असल्याखेरीज विलंबामुळे होणाऱ्या अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसानीस जबाबदार नाही. फसवणूक, जाणीवपूर्वक गैरवर्तन, गंभीर निष्काळजीपणा किंवा कायदेशीर हक्क या मर्यादेतून वगळता येत नाहीत.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the mandatory rights and jurisdiction available to you under consumer, carriage, and other applicable statutes. या अटी भारतीय कायद्यानुसार लागू होतात; ग्राहक, वाहतूक व इतर लागू कायद्यांतर्गत तुमचे अनिवार्य हक्क व अधिकारक्षेत्र कायम राहतात.

Annexure A — Partner Service Terms

This Annexure applies specifically to delivery partners registered on Pickup 24. Partners engage with the platform as independent contractors, not as employees or agents of SSRD Logistics Pvt Ltd. Partners must keep their vehicle registration (RC), city of operation, and vehicle category/body details accurate and up to date in the app, and must hold a valid driving licence for their vehicle category. A partner's payout for a trip is the trip fare recorded at completion, credited to the in-app wallet, less any platform commission disclosed in the app and any applicable tax deduction at source (see Annexure B). Partners must not accept a booking they do not intend to complete, and repeated cancellations after acceptance may lead to a lower job-priority or, in serious or repeated cases, suspension from Pickup 24. Either party may end the partnership at any time; amounts already earned and credited to the partner's wallet remain payable subject to the standard withdrawal process.

Annexure B — TDS Declaration

I understand that amounts paid to me as a delivery partner may be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under the Income Tax Act, 1961, as applicable to payments made by SSRD Logistics Pvt Ltd to partners. I consent to such tax being deducted at source, where applicable, before amounts are credited to my in-app wallet, and I understand this will be reflected in Form 26AS / Form 16A for the relevant financial year. I confirm that the PAN and other tax details I provide during onboarding are accurate, and that I remain solely responsible for filing my own income tax returns and for any tax liability beyond the amount deducted at source.
