SSRD Logistics Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") operates the Pickup 24 app and website, a marketplace connecting customers with independent delivery partners. This policy explains what information we collect from customers and delivery partners, why, and the choices you have. Information We Collect
Name, mobile number, email, pickup/drop addresses, GST and business details (if provided), payment confirmation references, support messages, and — for delivery partners — vehicle/KYC documents and bank details. Location and Tracking
We collect precise driver location only while a trip is active (or a genuinely needed safety/availability feature is on), with notice and device permission. Customers see only the live location relevant to their own booked trip — never a driver's full history or home address. ट्रिप सक्रिय असतानाच (किंवा सुरक्षा/उपलब्धता सुविधेसाठी अचूक सूचना व परवानगी दिल्यास) ड्रायव्हरचे अचूक लोकेशन घेतले जाते. ग्राहकाला फक्त स्वतःच्या बुकिंगशी संबंधित लाइव्ह लोकेशन दिसते — ड्रायव्हरचा इतिहास किंवा घरचा पत्ता कधीही नाही.
How We Use Your Information
To match bookings with delivery partners, calculate fares, process payments, provide live tracking, send booking/status updates, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the service. Sharing With Delivery Partners & Third Parties
A customer's pickup/drop address and contact details are shared with the assigned delivery partner to complete the trip, and minimum necessary data is shared with payment processors, mapping/cloud vendors, insurers (where applicable), or lawful authorities under safeguards and vendor contracts. Marketing Communications
Promotional messages (offers, referral nudges) are sent only if you opt in, separately from essential booking/account notices which you cannot opt out of while your account is active. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We keep records only as long as needed for the purpose collected, or as required by tax/carriage/other law, after which they are deleted or de-identified on a documented schedule. Data Security and Breach Response
We use encryption in transit/at rest, access controls, monitoring, and periodic testing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Your Rights & Choices
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or an export of your personal data by contacting support or using the in-app options, subject to records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes. We verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the period applicable law requires. सपोर्टशी संपर्क साधून किंवा अ‍ॅपमधील पर्याय वापरून तुम्ही तुमच्या वैयक्तिक डेटाचा प्रवेश, दुरुस्ती, हटवणे किंवा निर्यात यांची विनंती करू शकता — कायदेशीर/लेखा कारणास्तव राखाव्या लागणाऱ्या नोंदी वगळता. विनंतीपूर्वी ओळख पडताळली जाते व लागू कायद्यातील मुदतीत उत्तर दिले जाते.
Children’s Privacy
Pickup 24 is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Pickup 24 १८ वर्षांखालील मुलांसाठी नाही आणि आम्ही जाणीवपूर्वक त्यांचा वैयक्तिक डेटा गोळा करत नाही.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time.
